Solutions has to be right and appropriate, and if it is for a farmer, it has to be affordable and sustainable as well.
I always give importance to customer impact whether it’s a star product, or a branded product. If a farmer gets his/her problem solved in a simple and easy way, that’s what makes us happy.
During my field visits, I use to monitor the results of our solutions implemented at a field level. In an instance I have inspected the field installed with Traps for fruit flies, fruit flies generally damage the tomato fruits in large numbers. Farmer is happy with the good results and shared his experience with other farmers.
I beleive that the sales doesn’t end at a purchase, It just begin their, we have to follow up with the customer. Constant innovation is required in a fast moving world, for that customer feedback post sale is very important.
